Craftsmanship & Innovation — Witnessing the Global Leap of BLT

On September 24, 2001, Shenyang Brilliant Elevator Co.,Ltd. was officially established, achieving an annual sales volume of 1,000 units and creating an industry breakthrough.

In 2003, BLT became the first Chinese elevator brand with independent intellectual property rights to enter the Australian international market.

On July 29, 2004, after a year of meticulous preparation, BLT's full range of elevator products successfully passed stringent testing by Bureau Veritas, officially receiving the CE certification.

On June 24, 2005, at the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau appraisal meeting, the gearless permanent magnet synchronous traction machine passed evaluation as a domestic pioneer, with key performance indicators reaching leading domestic standards.


In May 2006, BLT self-developed China's first proprietary 4 m/s high-speed elevator, injecting vital momentum into national elevator manufacturing.
In June 2006, the company obtained the production license for escalators with a vertical rise of up to 18.5 meters, completed prototype testing on July 20, and passed the national type test by late July.

In January 2007, BLT signed the Singapore Housing & Development Board (HDB) project for 600 elevators, setting a record for single-contract export volumes among Chinese elevator brands.
In July 2007, the company established its first overseas subsidiary: Brilliant Elevator Mongolia Co., Ltd.

On February 13, 2008, BLT signed a contract for 99 elevators for the Frankfurt AIRRAIL Center in Germany, marking the largest project secured by a Chinese elevator brand in the European high-end market.
On March 11, 2008, North American ThyssenKrupp signed a procurement agreement for Romeo series traction machines with BLT, marking BLT's entry into the North American market.
On October 14, 2008, BLT won the 2012 Olympic Games project for London Heathrow Airport, marking the first time a Chinese elevator brand served Olympic-supporting transport infrastructure.

On April 19, 2009, groundbreaking began for Shenyang Brilliant Elevator Industrial Park, complete with a 177-meter elevator test tower that became an iconic industry benchmark.

In December 2010, the company was officially restructured and renamed Shenyang Brilliant Elevator Co., Ltd.
Annual sales reached 10,118 units in 2010, making it the first Chinese national brand to surpass the 10,000-unit annual sales threshold.


On October 15, 2011, China's first emergency evacuation elevator successfully passed field testing.
On November 29, 2011, BLT was recognized as a "China Well-known Trademark" by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce.


On January 11, 2012, BLT won the 2011 Annual Government Procurement Elevator Excellent Quality Brand Award.
On July 17, 2012, BLT was officially listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE).

On January 28, 2013, Chongqing Brilliant Elevator Co. LTD., a wholly-owned subsidiary, officially commenced operations.
In September 2013, BLT successfully engineered an ultra-high-speed elevator operating at 8 m/s with a 2,000 kg capacity, the highest speed among Chinese domestic brands at the time.
In 2013, BLT won the Xiamen-Shenzhen High-Speed Railway project, establishing its reputation along railway corridors with an escalator vertical rise of 17.54 meters.
During the same year, BLT signed contracts for over 1,000 elevators for affordable housing initiatives in Yunnan.


On January 1, 2014, the company officially upgraded its corporate structure to Shenyang Brilliant Elevator Group Co., Ltd.
In February 2014, the Joy-II compact machine room elevator was introduced to the market.
On August 20, 2014, BLT won the bidding for elevator and escalator equipment at the Nanning East Railway Station comprehensive transport hub.
On September 19, 2014, China Construction News published a front-page feature highlighting BLT's successful experience with affordable housing elevator installations.

In January 2015, BLT received the "2014 Most Competitive Brand in Government Procurement Elevators" award.
In April 2015, the first escalator from the Shanghai plant was delivered, followed by the successful deployment of BLT escalators into the US market.
In September 2015, BLT was ranked among the "Top 10 Most Competitive Complete Elevator Brands in 2015".
In December 2015, the corporate group officially rebranded as Shenyang Yuanda Intellectual Industry Group Co., Ltd.

On August 18, 2016, the first batch of products from Yuanda Intellectual's manufacturing base in India rolled off the line, marking a milestone in global expansion.
On October 18, 2016, the ultra-high-speed elevator project (2,000 kg, 7 m/s) built for the Liaoning TV & Radio Tower passed official government acceptance.


In April 2017, Yuanda Intellectual Brilliant Elevator won the elevator supply contracts for both the Saransk Stadium and Samara Stadium for the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia.
On June 28, 2017, the groundbreaking ceremony for the Yuanda Intellectual BLT escalator plant in Iran was held.

In June 2018, as the sole Chinese elevator supplier for the 2018 FIFA World Cup venues, Yuanda Intellectual Brilliant Elevator received widespread coverage across more than 100 prominent global and domestic media outlets.


In October 2019, Yuanda Intellectual Brilliant Elevator won the bid for Nanjing Metro Line 7, with a total contract value of nearly 120 million RMB.


In September 2020, Yuanda Intellectual Brilliant Elevator was awarded the Shenyang Metro Line 4 project for over 150 million RMB, serving Lines 1, 2, 4, 9, and 10 as Shenyang Metro's largest elevator supplier.


In February 2021, Yuanda Intellectual Brilliant Elevator secured the elevator package for all stations along the Boten-Vientiane section of the China-Laos Railway, supporting key infrastructure along the Belt and Road initiative.


In February 2022, Yuanda Intellectual Brilliant Elevator secured the "Prince Fawaz Housing Project" in Saudi Arabia for 656 elevators, strengthening its presence in the Middle East.
The company won elevator modernization contracts in Singapore for the Pasir Ris-Punggol Town Council and East Coast Town Council totaling 247 units.
In September 2022, BLT won a project in Russia for 9 high-speed elevators operating at 4 m/s, setting a local speed record for the brand.

In January 2023, Yuanda Intellectual Brilliant Elevator won the "The Global City" project in Vietnam, with Phase 1 comprising approximately 800 elevators—its largest single overseas contract.
In February 2023, the brand was selected for the Nanchang East High-Speed Railway Station, providing 111 elevators and escalators across 8 platforms and 16 tracks.

On October 30, 2024, Yuanda Intellectual Industry Group and Saudi Gulf Group officially signed a joint venture agreement in Riyadh to build the Saudi Gulf BLT Elevator Factory.

In November 2025, Yuanda Intellectual Brilliant Elevator completed and delivered 213 elevator and escalator units across seven high-speed railway stations (Yichang North, Hanchuan North, Dangyang West, Jingshan South, Jingmen West, Tianmen, and Zhongxiang South) along the Wuhan-Yichang section of the Shanghai-Chongqing-Chengdu High-Speed Railway, supporting China's national vertical transportation network.
